Knowledge Retrieval
Ingests your team's docs from Drive, Confluence, or Notion, chunks and embeds them into a Pinecone index, then answers questions strictly from that corpus with a source citation for every claim.
About this agent
Your team's answers already exist — they're just buried.
The runbook, the spec, the onboarding doc, the decision someone wrote up in Confluence six months ago. The knowledge is there. Finding it means pinging people, scrolling threads, and reopening the same questions every week. So the questions keep getting asked, and the docs keep going unread.
This worker turns your documents into a knowledge base that answers. It ingests everything in a Drive folder, Confluence space, or Notion database, chunks and embeds it into a Pinecone index, and then responds to questions in plain language — with a citation on every claim and a source link you can click to verify. As your docs change, it refreshes the index on a schedule, so answers stay current and deleted pages stop showing up.
What sets it apart is what it refuses to do: it answers only from your corpus. No outside knowledge, no confident guesses, no invented sources. If the answer isn't in your documents, it tells you "not found" instead of making something up — because a knowledge base you can't trust is worse than none at all.
