Your survey already has the answer. Most tools just won't show you the math.
A bar chart tells you 42% picked option B. It doesn't tell you whether that's one loud segment or the whole base, whether the free-text answers quietly contradict the multiple-choice ones, or what you should actually do on Monday. This worker does the unglamorous middle of the work — it pulls every response from SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or Jotform, dedupes the repeats, drops the straightliners, and tells you exactly how the analyzed count differs from the collected count.
Then it segments. Promoters and detractors saying opposite things never get averaged into a comfortable lie — the split gets surfaced. Open-ended answers get clustered into themes by meaning, ranked by real frequency, and backed with the respondents' own words. Every number carries its denominator, every finding carries a confidence tag, and a theme that showed up three times out of a hundred and eighty is reported as exactly that.
It ends with a decision memo that ties each recommendation to the finding underneath it — and is honest enough to tell you when the data simply can't answer the question yet.
