Balance, top-ups and auto-reload

Your balance pays for AI work beyond your plan. Add a credit pack any time, or turn on auto-reload to add one when it runs low. Credit expires 12 months after purchase.

Your plan's monthly pool pays first, then gift credit, then your credit balance. Need more each month? Choose a bigger plan in the app: Settings → Account → Plan.

Your account has one balance. Each plan payment is added to it, and top-ups add to it. Everything Nebo does is paid from it: AI work, Nebo Cloud computers ($10 a month each), phone numbers, calls, texts and email.Add a one-time top-up, or turn on auto-reload on the web so a top-up is added when your balance runs low.

Need more each month? Choose a bigger plan in the app: Settings → Account → Plan.

Add a top-up

  1. Go to Billing in your account.
  2. Under Balance, select Add a top-up.
  3. Choose a top-up ($25, $50 or $100), then select Review payment.

Top-ups are one-time. Top-ups expire 12 months after purchase. Top-ups bought in the iPhone app never expire.

The money that expires soonest is used first. Your Inbox tells you 30 days before a top-up expires, and the Usage page shows what each one still holds and when it expires.

Turn on auto-reload

  1. Go to Billing and select Set up next to Auto-reload.
  2. Turn on Enable auto-reload.
  3. Set the balance that triggers a reload, and choose the top-up to add ($25, $50 or $100).
  4. Select Save auto-reload.

Auto-reload is off until you turn it on, and it's set up on the web. It adds one top-up from your saved card when your balance falls below the amount you set; that top-up also expires 12 months after purchase. Edit or turn it off at any time.

Checking your balance

Your plan and balance are in the app under Settings → Account.

The Billing page shows your balance, how much of this month's plan payment is spent, and where your balance went, request by request. The Usage page has the details.
